Peer and Self Editing Strategies to Improve Students’ Writing Skill

Peer and self editing strategies are social metacognitive used in the steps of sharing, revising, writing. The objective study is to see how peer able improve students’ writing skill. 64 students participants were actively involved this classroom action research. worksheet, test sheet as instruments. results showed that skill improved all elements: quality format, punctuation mechanics, content, organization, grammar sentence structure. They had achieved criteria success determined. It can be concluded self-editing
